PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I will not be responsible for damage or lost items from Sellers/Merchants.
I reserve the right to reject any orders or cancel spree if response is poor/bad.
If I do not have enough order, I merge the orders here with my other spree.
This spree may at least 1 month or more to complete. If you can’t wait, please do not participate in the spree.
Only POSB/DBS transfer (IB/Trf), NO inter-bank transfer.
Please post your items and payment details in 1 post.
No payment = No order. Would appreciate it if spree-ers can post and make payment transfer at the same time in order to avoid delay in submitting orders to sellers/merchants.
I will not responsible for damage or lost mail if spree-ers choose normal postage.
For any changes or updates of your items, please delete the old post & re-post the new items.
Updates will be done in this page or mass emails, please bookmark it. So, providing a valid email address is essential.
Payment is non refundable unless: 1) damage of item when inspected at collection/arrive spree-ers, 2) wrong item, 3) out of stock.

READ BEFORE ORDERING

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars and exclude postage.

How To Order

1) Email us the items that you are interested in and we will reply you with the price of all your items.

2) After you have email us your order confirmation, we will calculated the total amount payable for all your items together with the postage for mailing out your items and the bank account to make payment. As some of the items may be limited, only upon receiving your payment then we will reserve the items for you.

3) Postage is calculated base on the total weight of your items according to the postage rates published on SingPost website. The postage we quote are usually for NORMAL post, there will be an additional of S$2.24 if you require your items to be send by registered mail.

4) For Foreign Address, we would appreciate it if you could kindly let have your full address or at least the Country, State or postal code in order for us to calculate the postage.

5) Reply to our email with your payment transaction, date, time and your name. If you are making payment using a third party banking, there will be a normal delay of 3 working days for the payment to reach our account. For example, if you are using any other bank to make payment to our POSB bank account, then we can only receive your payment after 3 working days.

6) We will verify the payment then send you an email to confirm payment received and your order are being process for delivery. Your items will be mail out within the next 3 working days upon receiving your payment.

7) An email notification will be send to inform you that you items are being mail out.

8) Upon receiving your items, kindly confirm receipt. This transaction is then completed and closed.

Other Information

We shall not be responsible for the loss of your items in transit after mailing out if you have opt for normal post. We encourage you opt for Registered Mail to deliver your items.

We also do International Shipping as you will be paying for all the overseas postage. Overseas postage is calculated base on the total weight of your items according to the postage rates published on SingPost website.

All the information on the products provided here are to our best knowledge and may contain in accuracies.

No exchange or refund is allowed unless there is damage to the items during transit. Please check your items upon receiving them and make sure that they are not damage. If there is damage to your items, do let us know IMMEDIATELY after you had received the items.

We reserves the right to change any information on this website without prior notice.

Simply email us @ genius.spree@gmail.com to check the price of the items. The prices quoted are usually excluding postage. We will let you know the postage rate and bank account to make payment once we received your order confirmation..

Delivery

We would prefer buyers to opt for postage. The postage rate is calculated base on the total weight of the items you purchase. An additional of $2.24 will be charged for REGISTERED Mail.

Please note that for delivery made via normal post, Genius Spree will not be responsible and liable for any items that are mail out and loss in transit by SingPost.
